Euroshutters car wash doors were developed with sound reduction and durability in mind. The foam filled aluminium laths give good sound reduction with durable laths. The barrels are all aluminium whether you use 3-phase operated motor or an internal tube motor. Side guides are all powder coated aluminium with three internal brush strips so that the doors are sealed better and the curtain will run smoothly.

There are three options available


Option 1	A standard foam filled aluminium lath operated via an internal tube motor with the operation via a key switch. This system would be used in a carwash or jet wash which is opened in the day and closed at night.



Option 2	This would be a foam filled aluminium curtain with external 3-phase compact motor with emergency override linked to a control panel. This panel also controls a safety eye which passes across the opening so that the door is unable to close down on any obstructions. The doors will close automatically when the drying cycle has started and open when the drying cycle has finished. The doors are foam filled in these circumstances to reduce noise of the dryer.



Option 3	This option would be the same as option two with the added extra of an emergency release system which will allow the door to automatically open if the emergency stop button was engaged or loss of power. The doors would ride to the open position with the help of a internal counter balance spring. The door is easily reset by re-installing the power supply to the release system
